1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Handicap Management, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself or the club, society, association or organisation you represent.

2. The Service

Handicap Management provides CONGU and World Handicap System calculation, player and group management, score submission, a course database, public leaderboards and related tools for golf clubs, societies, associations, tournament organisers and individual golfers.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Organiser accounts are responsible for the accuracy of player and score data entered into their groups.
• You must be authorised to register on behalf of a club, society or association if doing so in that capacity.

4. Handicap Calculations

We apply CONGU and WHS calculation rules as configured for each group. While we aim for full rule accuracy, handicaps are calculated from the data submitted by organisers and players; we are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect scores, course data or group settings entered by users.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on the cycle selected at checkout. Prices are shown in USD or PKR depending on your currency selection. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time from your account; changes take effect as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access other organisers' private groups without authorisation, submitting fraudulent scores, or interfering with the platform's normal operation.

7. Public Leaderboards

Organisers who make a group public are responsible for having appropriate authority and member consent to display player names, handicaps and results via a shareable link.

8. Intellectual Property

The Handicap Management platform, branding and underlying software remain our property. Your player, score and group data remains yours; we use it only to operate the service on your behalf.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
