Questions, Answered

Everything clubs, societies and organisers usually ask before switching to Handicap Management.

Getting Started

Yes. You can start a trial without a card and run your first compliant round in minutes. Choose "Start a Free Trial" from the contact form and we'll set you up.

Most clubs are live within a day, importing players is the main step, and it's a single CSV upload. See our Setup Process page for the full walkthrough.

Absolutely. Players and full events can be imported by CSV, including hole-by-hole scores, and we handle UTF-8 files straight from Excel.

Handicap Rules

Both, selectable per group. You can even run different methods for different groups under the same account.

Every subsequent round is automatically replayed from the original handicap so each differential and pivot stays correct, no manual recalculation needed.

Send a course request and our admins will review and add it centrally, with the correct tees, ratings and stroke index.

Yes. Buffer zones, allowance percentages and handicap categories are all configurable per group, replacing the built-in defaults where needed.

Pricing & Billing

Plans are grouped by role, Golf Player, Kitty Organizer, Private League Organizer and Club Manager, sized by number of golfers. See the full breakdown on Pricing.

Yes, you can move up or down a plan at any time from your account, your billing is prorated for the change.

Yes. The Custom Requirement plan covers unlimited golfers and unique setup or integration needs, contact sales to scope it.

Data & Support

Groups can be kept private or made public via a shareable link. Private groups require a group-specific PIN, separate from admin logins.

Email support is included on every plan, with typical replies within one business day. Book a demo if you'd rather talk it through first.

Yes, via our OAuth2 API. External events are de-duplicated by ID, so re-sending the same event never double-counts a round.
