From Registration to Leaderboard, Usually in a Day

No IT project, no spreadsheet migration marathon. Here's exactly what setting up your club, society or tournament looks like.

Setup Steps

Register Your Group

Create your organiser account and choose whether you're setting up a golf club, society, association or a single tournament.

Choose Your Calculation Method

Select CONGU or the World Handicap System per group, along with buffer zones, allowances and any custom categories. See the full calculation engine.

Import Your Players

Bring your existing player list across by CSV, name, gender and current handicap, or add players one by one.

Add Your Course

Search the shared course library for your course and tees, or request one and our admins will add it with the correct ratings.

Submit Your First Round

Enter scores by form, hole-by-hole or in bulk by CSV. Handicaps recalculate the moment a round is posted.

Share Your Leaderboard

Send members the public leaderboard link. No login required, current handicaps and results are visible instantly.

Coming From Spreadsheets?

Format your player list as a CSV with name, gender and current handicap, and import handles the rest, including UTF-8 files straight from Excel.

Running Multiple Groups?

Each group is configured independently, so a club running juniors, seniors and an open competition can set different rules for each.

Want a Hand?

Book a live walkthrough and we'll set your first group up together on the call.
